Garrett Ho (June 1, 1964 – November 5, 2023) worked as a storyboard artist on ChalkZone. He was active in the animation industry from 1988 to 2006.
Early life[]
Ho was born on June 1, 1964.[1] He attended the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts), studying animation.[2]
Career and death[]
Throughout his career, Ho worked as a cartoonist, illustrator and storyboard artist.[2] He contributed to the pilot episode of The Ren & Stimpy Show, "Big House Blues."[3] From 1991 to 1992, he pencilled issues of Mighty Mutanimals,[4][5] and provided artwork for a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic.[6] During the early 2000s, Ho was a storyboard artist on Disney's House of Mouse.[7] He retired in 2006, citing health reasons.[2] Ho died of heart failure on November 5, 2023, at the age of 59.[1][8]
