Jess Harnell (born December 23, 1963) is an American voice actor and musician. He is best known for the voice of Wakko from Animaniacs, Secret Squirrel from 2 Stupid Dogs, Captain Zorax from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Sewer Urchin from The Tick.
For ChalkZone, he does the voice of Joe Tabootie, Chalk Dad and Lars the chalk drawing polar bear.
