Michelle Noricchiano is a stuck-up girl and a minor character in the series. She was the one to erase Skrawl because he was ugly, causing Skrawl to blame his ugly appearance on Rudy Tabootie.

Indicative of her archetype, Michelle is a stuck-up girl, and among the most popular in school. Although in spite of this, she doesn't look down on anybody, shown in "Poison Pen Letter" where she invited everyone to her party.
This even extends to Rudy, where she took what was intended to be a poison pen letter as a genuine gift. She alludes to having a wacky side, but due to her sparse appearances this was never addressed.
