Rapunzel is the final ChalkZone episode made for Oh Yeah! Cartoons. It was later reaired as part of the first season, on April 19, 2002.

Synopsis

When a cloud shoots lightning on the Globe Theater, Rudy and the gang must figure out a way to fix everything inside.

Plot

Zoners in ChalkZone are lined up to see Queen Rapsheeba. Penny, Rudy and Snap are also waiting in line, with Snap telling the two he has seen the show three times. Suddenly, a dark cloud spouting electricity shows up, and it's heading for the Globe Theater. Snap tells Rudy to draw something, When Snap says "you're gonna see a lot of fried Rapsheeba fans," this gives Penny an idea: to draw a fan to push the cloud away. This plan proves successful, pushing the cloud away from the theater.

The trio eventually get inside, with the announcer introducing Queen Rapsheeba. She is distracted by the fan outside, with Snap turning it off for her, giving him a kiss when he returns. However, the cloud returns into view as Rapsheeba's show continues. With backup singers, Rapsheeba sings a more modern version of Rapunzel, which the audience greatly enjoys. As the show continues (with the witch chasing Rapsheeba with scissors), the cloud now hovers over the theater. It sends a bolt of lightning on the trees, witch and Rapsheeba, with another spurt hitting one of the seats.

Penny takes Rudy with her outside, while Snap saves Rapsheeba after a part of the castle falls on him, having pushed her out of the way. Penny and Rudy work together to turn the fan back on, this time putting it in reverse to destroy the cloud. Rapsheeba congratulates the two but is disappointed the set has been obliterated. Rudy states he can help, drawing everything in a more colorful style. Rapsheeba compliments Rudy yet wonders who will play her knight as the previous one ran away. Snap, injured from earlier, volunteers to play the knight, much to Rapsheeba's happiness.

The show continues as planned, although due to Snap's short stature, Penny had to also be in the knight's armor. Rapsheeba gives another kiss to Snap, much to his happiness.

Trivia

• This episode re-aired on Nicktoons during the Creepin Weekends 2016.
• This episode premiered along with Zoey's Zoo: Lots of Ocelots on the day when My Neighbor Was A Teenage Robot premiered for Oh Yeah! Cartoons on Nickelodeon.
