Reginald Brunicky Tracy Aloysius Socrates Yanni Sunshine "Reggie" Bullnerd is a bully at Rudy Tabootie's school, and one of the show's two secondary antagonists, along with Mr. Wilter. He once wielded a piece of red magic chalk in the Season 4 episode "Reggie the Red".
Reggie is voiced by Candi Milo also voiced Dexter in Dexter's Laboratory, Nick Dean from The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and Melba Manners in Pet Alien.
Personality[]
Reggie is as mean and aggressive as he is dumb, and he's certainly not the sharpest tool in the shed. He has a strong hatred for Rudy and goes out of his way to make him and Penny miserable.
Appearance[]
Reggie has a tree trunk head, buck teeth, freckles, a unibrow and a flat hairstyle that's the same hue as his skin. He wears a reddish-brown vest with a white shirt, khakis, a red necktie and brown shoes.
