After failing to throw the trash away on time, Rudy attempted to throw it into Chalkzone, only to accidentally dropped it on the Magic Chalk Mine, where it would dissolve the magic chalks into nothing if Rudy can't get rid of them.

Plot[]

At the Beef Meet, Joe threw out the entire supply of his newest creation, Cheeseburger Smoothies when no one wanted to eat it. He then reminded Rudy to throw the trash right now for trash pick-up and while Rudy wanted to finish the panel of his comic, his father reminded him that if he wasted one second, not only will they miss the deadline for the trash but the liquid meat and cheese in the bag will stink up the dumpster for another week. As Rudy prepared to take the trash, he notices the comic and decide to finish it, only to discover the truck and tried to throw it away. Unfortunately, Reggie (whose father is the garbage man) informs Rudy that because he was 41 seconds late, he cannot take the bag of liquid meat and cheese and would have to wait another week for trash pick-up.

However, seeing his dad coming to check on the dumpster and not wanting him to be upset that he didn't listen to him, Rudy came up with an idea to dump the bags into Chalkzone and get them once he leaves. Unfortunately, the bag began to leak as it turns out that the place Rudy dumped the bags is on top of magic chalk mines. Later with the help with Penny, Rudy plan is to take the bags and dump them into the school's dumpster.
